I am a 3D architect/illustrator and perspective artist, a graduate of LISAA Nantes.
My work involves modeling architectural projects in 3D:
- individual houses
- villas
- apartment buildings
- housing developments
Perspective is the visual result of these models. This can be either:
- exterior perspectives:
(individual house / villa / apartment / apartment building / housing development)
- interior perspectives:
(living room / lounge / kitchen and other living areas where furniture and design spaces are imagined).
- 3D plans: an overview of an interior layout where part of the structure has been removed to show the project in its entirety.
My previous assignments:
- Modeling of large real estate projects, in collaboration with a renowned perspective artist.
- Creation of about twenty 3D individual houses for a builder to improve the sale of its new models.
- Graphic design of interior spaces for interior designers and decorators.
- Creation of realistic perspectives of furniture and its design environment for commercial promotion.
My expectations:
- Create 3D perspectives for large real estate and urban projects.
The primary goal of these 3D renderings is to enhance and present projects before their actual design.
Additionally, I specialize in the design of architectural plans (Sketches, Preliminary Design Study, Building Permit Application, Construction Permit).
