I worked in the Core Banking team, focusing on the backend of the Sumeria app with a very broad scope. In particular, I worked on:

- Creating an anti-fraud service to reduce the risk of phishing Sumeria clients by fake advisors.

- Improving the transaction history visible on the app, especially for complex cases of shared or professional accounts.

Working on the backend of corporate showcases:

I improved client autonomy in managing their company profile by 70% by allowing them to manage various interface elements previously administered by account managers, and by exposing a set of UI rules to the frontend to transform a too-permissive system into a standardized product.

I reduced the job posting time from 6 weeks to less than 2 hours by allowing clients to create a minimal company profile without photos or videos, thus removing the photo session as the main bottleneck during onboarding.

I increased the number of clients by 10% by creating an entry-level offer with a minimal company profile and a limited number of publishable job offers.
