    Stage Effectiveness Optimization

One-time intervention in artistic direction to enhance a show's impact

As a performing artist and show producer, I intervene in artistic direction on stage projects to strengthen their coherence, tension, and audience impact. My approach involves temporarily taking responsibility for the overall artistic vision of a show, with rigor and clarity.

Based on a complete recording, I analyze the dramatic structure, rhythm, sequence flow, and management of highlights. I identify areas that drag, drops in tension, inconsistencies in progression, and moments that weaken the whole. I also assess the precision of the performance, the clarity of the message, and the solidity of the artistic line.
This intervention is a one-time artistic direction service: it is not a simple feedback session, but structured work aimed at clarifying the vision, refining the proposal, and strengthening stage effectiveness. I propose concrete adjustments – cuts, reorganization of sequences, rebalancing of rhythms, strengthening of intentions – to optimize the overall power of the show without betraying its identity.
The support includes a full viewing, a detailed analysis, a precise list of recommendations, and an in-depth debriefing session to discuss areas for improvement. A summary report is provided to serve as a working basis for the next steps.
This service is aimed at artists and companies wishing to benefit from a clear, structuring, and professional intervention to consolidate the artistic quality and audience effectiveness of their stage project.

"So much energy" for a debut album that lives up to its name. Those who love Robert Charlebois as much as we do would be well advised to lend an ear this way."

Geneviève Morissette, known as La Morissette, is a Quebecois singer-songwriter based in France. Revealed with her album "Me v'là," she performed her show of the same name in several venues and festivals, notably at La Cigale and Le Café de la Danse, before concluding her tour with a sold-out show at the Olympia.

She was in residence for five years at Le Don Camilo in Paris, where she forged a strong stage presence and a direct connection with the audience. Praised by the press (Télérama, L'Obs, RTL, Le Parisien...), she continues her career on numerous stages.

Awarded in Switzerland and honored by the Académie des Arts, Sciences et Lettres de Paris, she shares the stage with Lynda Lemay, Diane Tell, La Grande Sophie, Les Frangines, and Daniel Lévi. She was noticed by Robert Charlebois, invited by Michel Drucker, and appeared in the film "Aline" by Valérie Lemercier.
Most recently, she participated in Suzane's performance of the song "Je t'accuse" at the Victoires de la Musique 2026 awards.

Sincere, funny, and generous, La Morissette champions free writing, intense stage commitment, and a genuine relationship with her audience. She is currently preparing a second album with a more pop sound, scheduled for release in 2026.
