I have dedicated my career to helping people in organizations around the world to realize their full potential by drawing on my years of experience as a Head of L&D, Head of Innovation, Business Consultant and Coach. I have created several impactful training academies covering leadership development, management development, sales, customer service, and marketing.
A master in mindset methodology and grounded in neuroscience and ontology, I offer a dynamite combination of mindset change and commercial know how, always bringing enormous energy and fun.
I am driven to help people of all ages and career levels growing their leadership skill and capabilities and experiencing contextually relevant and practically applicable leadership growth as an exciting and empowering experience.
With expertise in a range of sectors spanning education, pharmaceutical, FMCG, global recruitment, engineering and manufacturing sectors, to name just a few, I am excited by, and have worked with, all types of organizations - always in deep partnership with my clients to deliver the outcomes they want.
I can draw on and deliver a using a range of approaches, from conventional leadership practices to leveraging skills and tools such as NLP, c-me psychometric profiling, Leadership Circle Profiling and Barrett Cultural Values.
