Accommodation Coordinator for the IZIX concierge (30 properties)

Listing Creation and Dissemination:

- Creation, writing, and optimization of listings (content, titles, descriptions, photos, setup)

- Posting and synchronization on booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel, etc.)

- Calendar and availability management

Guest Communication:

- Communication with guests before, during, and after their stay

- Handling common requests related to the stay

- Guest satisfaction monitoring and review management participation

- Management of incident situations not requiring management arbitration

Maintenance Supervision:

- Coordination with service providers (cleaning, maintenance, technical interventions)

- Monitoring and quality control of services

- Inventory management (linens, consumables, equipment)

- Organization and monitoring of interventions within defined deadlines

Administrative Management:

- Assisting property owners with registering furnished tourist accommodations with local authorities
