1. As part of the France THD plan, the SMTHD 77 fiber optic network was awarded to COVAGE, which subcontracts part of the deployment (8500 connections) to Axians. 2. The MEL (European Metropolis of Lille) chose Covage THD to deploy fiber in the AMII zone. Covage subcontracts (16,000 connections) to Axians. 3. With the support of Olivier WOLFF conseil, I am responsible for updating and establishing design processes within the Design Office to optimize production and exchanges with other departments (Functional Analysis, Indicators, KPIs, Production Statistics, Quality Control, etc.). For the execution of these 3 projects, my mission consists of managing a team of 11 people + about ten subcontractors to carry out the studies for the NRO-PM transport links and PM-PTO distributions (ZAPM), including:
