Automation of Cost of Risk. Consolidated monitoring of FLL/MA/TC indicators for a Corporate scope > €100 billion. Complete automation of reporting under Python and SQL (production time reduced from 2 days to 30 minutes). Design of a Cost of Risk diagnostic tree to identify defaulting counterparties and prioritize collection actions. Development of dynamic dashboards (Qlik Sense, Advanced Excel) for monthly monitoring of stage 1/2/3 migrations and visualization of risk progression.

IFRS9 Project: Calculation, reporting, and analysis of the regulatory equity capital add-on generated by the regulation. Development of an automated tool for calculating and reporting regulatory capital on the NPE Backstop add-on (IFRS 9) – Corporate, French, and international subsidiaries scope. Complete automation of the provisioning calculation process (Python, SQL, SAS): processing time reduced from several days to 5 minutes. Creation of a centralized database and Qlik Sense dashboards allowing Senior Management to track the evolution of provisions since 2018.
