After more than a decade spent in IT development as an employee, I decided to go freelance to open myself up to new perspectives.

Until now, my status as a permanent executive offered a certain job security, at the expense of increasingly unfulfilling projects. Following the events related to COVID, I found myself working remotely full-time for 2 years. It was a revelation: working autonomously while maintaining regular communication by phone and videoconference with the rest of my team convinced me to want to adopt this way of working on a larger scale.

Moreover, being a young father, I became aware of the weight of the responsibilities that fall on me. This involves making choices that I want to put into practice to offer him the best possible future. I also want to spend as much time as possible with my family to be there in all circumstances, while providing for our family needs.

This is why I recently resigned from my position, which I had held for almost 6 years, to launch myself as a freelancer with a strong proportion of remote work, by mobilizing the resignation scheme initiated by the "Avenir Professionnel" law.
