- Strategic watching/monitoring on world reskilling and upskilling, scrutinization of the European and World forum and conferences about competence/ reskilling/upskilling

- Ensure consistency of EU projects for Airbus

- Propose topics to be investigated like re-skilling/upskilling volume at Regional and National level For Airbus Group - PMO for the Pact For Skills Steering, and for Airbus network management:

- Coordinate Airbus stakeholders and Airbus bodies connected to the Aeronautic and Defence sector

- Formalise the tempo/planning in terms of key European, National, Regional Authority meetings
