Strong expertise in client relationship management: creation of an Executive Search firm in Dubai, end-to-end recruitment mission management, and direct support for C-level executives and founders in business development.

Operational management in an entrepreneurial environment: supervision of 2 research assistants.

Project management: implementation of the co-optation policy and deployment of the Smart Recruiter & Taleo ATS.

Structuring and harmonizing recruitment and onboarding processes.
