Proman initiated a strategy focused on data and AI. The goal was to deploy chatbots to provide a first level of support, help temporary workers better understand their payslips, and improve the tender writing process.

Context:

Leroy Merlin is the French leader in home improvement. The company's mission is to make housing more accessible and sustainable. To this end, the company is integrating a simulator into its website to estimate the energy performance of each home. The goal is to suggest concrete improvements to enhance living comfort and contribute to reducing energy consumption.

Missions:

- Analyze external data.

- Integrate open data into information systems.

- Create a model to predict a building's energy performance (DPE, GES, heat loss, etc.).

- Create an API to make the model available to the front-end.

- Manage the lifecycle of a machine learning model.
