Since March 2025, I have been leading a multidisciplinary team of six collaborators (architect, developers, quality engineer, and analyst) on an innovative application project. The project is part of an evolution and optimization initiative for a national portal for education personnel, providing access to various applications based on their authorizations.

My daily role:

- IT project management and operational activity monitoring

- Inter-team coordination (agile teams, integration, deployment) and dependency management

- Sprint and release planning and monitoring

- Facilitating project meetings: daily stand-ups, estimation workshops, reviews, retrospectives

- Progress tracking, risk identification, and alerts

- Contribution to operational trade-offs and project decisions

- Release management and delivery monitoring

- Coordination of integration, deployment, and production activities

- Preparation of project deliverables and associated documentation

- Coordination of incident and anomaly management (analysis, correction, deployment)

- Backlog management and prioritization

- Progress reporting, alert management, and priority arbitration

I ensure a stable project rhythm, fluid communication, and continuous process improvement.

At the Orléans campus of the ISC Paris business school, I taught courses on data analysis project management.

AREA OF EXPERTISE:

- Teaching theoretical courses, practical work, and conducting oral exams

Within the Product MOA department, I was involved in the following topics:

• Replacement of the authorization management system of the company's main SQL software with ADFS authorization technology

• Contribution to health and insurance tariff revision campaigns

AREA OF EXPERTISE:

- Requirements gathering, scope identification

- Creation and configuration of the new authorization system in the software (Pléiade)

- Conducting testing campaigns with business users, monitoring, and correcting authorization anomalies

- Migration of users from the old authorization system to the new system (over 5000 users)

- Granting authorizations for new software components to specific user groups

- Main point of contact between business users and development teams
