First IT manager of a domain consisting of three teams: Digital Client, Customer Relations and Customized Operation. The teams work in Agile mode on 4 main products and about fifteen applications.

The products included in the domain scope:

- Client Portal

- Supply Chain Financing Services Portal

- CRM: Salesforce

- Electronic Client File: EDM

Responsibilities:

- Manage the technical staff of the domain.

- Support teams on the technological or architectural choices to be implemented.

- Ensure that product visions are in line with the long-term IT trajectory.

- Ensure the smooth running of inter-squad work.

- Contribute to the prioritization of backlogs.

- Manage relationships with cross-functional services and with other domains.

- Ensure that good practices are respected

R&D team leader in the "Wa!" project, BNP Parisbas' mobile wallet. The team managed to do about twenty POCs on new purchasing paths, new GeoFencing techniques and especially technical solutions to remedy problems encountered in the beta-test phase with Carrefour.

Responsibilities:

- Planning and estimation of workloads and deadlines
