Founded Neural Aspect to act as a trusted, independent partner for organisations navigating the complexities of Artificial Intelligence. My work focusses on 3 services:

Kier Group - Supported the leadership team with advisory work around key developments in the AI and Customer Relationship Management space, helping them evaluate partners and build a practical implementation roadmap.

World Class Manager - Developed a secure, bespoke web application to analyse thousands of free-text responses from leadership questionnaires. This tool automates a previously manual process, saving time and allowing managers to instantly query the data for insights.

ForecastingData.org - Contributed to an open-source research project to independently benchmark leading AI forecasting models.

Led the product team developing the company's AI Revenue Intelligence SaaS offerings. As data scientist I took responsibility for the R&D of the AI capabilities in Deal/PIpeline Health and Sales Forecasting. As CTO I took responsibility for the hiring and development of team members, fostering a culture of innovation. Working with leadership and customers, I was also responsible for product strategy and roadmap development ensuring alignment with customer and market needs.

Delivered an AI driven multi-tenanted Revenue Intelligence platform with advanced sales forecasting, deal and pipeline analysis, and real-time Salesforce integration, outperforming Salesforce Einstein. Notable clients include Iris and Endress & Hauser.

Led the development of company's SaaS product offerings in sustainability/energy mangement, sales enablement., and no code AI platform. Evolving from the sole technical resource to managing and growing the engineering team.

Sensai - A multi-tenanted SaaS platform providing predictive AI solutions for business, with clients including Vodafone, Shell and Iris. Becoming the flagship product of the business providing clients with AI data insights and predictive analytics into their business operations

SuMo - a Salesforce-native app that supported Sales Enablement through gamification, earning “Innovative Enterprise Product of the Year” at the 2018 National Technology Awards. Achieving £1M in ARR

Sustainability Suite - a web app tracking GHG emissions for major enterprises like Salesforce, Tesco, and Veolia, recognised as a Gartner “Cool Vendor Product” and sold to Thinkstep in 2017.
