SOEL200 Project: Low-carbon hydrogen electrolyzer - Integration of DFM/MDFM requirements from the design stage to ensure manufacturability, quality, robustness, and optimized costs. - Participation in design reviews and alignment between design and industrialization (CREO, Windchill). - Management of product & process FMEAs and proactive management of industrial risks. - Conducting industrialization activities up to production launch. - Definition of manufacturing processes, tooling, and industrial means. - Validation of control plans, operating procedures, and testing and assembly procedures. - Monitoring of prototypes, industrial validation tests, and NCR management (D365). - Creation and management of the product bill of materials (GEMS). - Cross-functional coordination (R&D, quality, methods, purchasing, production).

3D design using CATIA V5 for ADAS housings and camera mounts for automotive driver assistance systems, integrating functional, mechanical, and vehicle integration constraints. - Reverse engineering using 3D scanning, CAD model reconstruction, and additive manufacturing (3D printing) for rapid iterations and design optimization. - Rapid prototyping, functional testing, and technical validation of solutions before industrialization.

Development of mechanical and hydraulic accessories for mini-excavators (1 to 6 Tons).

MAIN TASKS: - Interface with accessory suppliers. - Control and validation of supplier inputs (2D, 3D, technical data). - Machine stability analysis and accessory selection. - Accessory/machine interference analysis and 3D modification. - 3D design of hydraulic piping. - 3D assembly and drawing creation. - Accessory validation. - ERP management: updating and integrating new items.
