- Coordinated the work with all key stakeholders and subcontractors, managed the project progress and budget, resolved the issues which arose during the project by rapidly planning appropriate actions, communicated with all project's stakeholders, led weekly meetings for project progress, delivered technical reports with quality assurance documents, among others.

- Project coordination with all stakeholders and subcontractors (Aurecon, Auckland Transport, Auckland One Rail, etc.), conflict resolution during the project by rapidly planning appropriate actions, weekly meetings, technical reports, monitoring project progress and associated budget.

• Railway System Renewal for Fonterra:

- Project Management: design, materials, tender process, site work monitoring and project progress, quality assurance, budget setup and monitoring, stakeholder communication.
