Gallé Anim

• The village manager is responsible for setting up and managing the daytime and nighttime entertainment of their village, as well as managing the animators.

• He works in close collaboration with the delegate, who is the head of the destination, and with the director, who manages the facility and the hotel staff. He reports to the animation coordinators for operational matters.

• He is the guarantor of Look Voyages standards, both in terms of IMAGE (signage/uniforms/behavior...) and in terms of scrupulous adherence to the specifications (village manager book) established by the animation coordinators.

• He guarantees the safety of vacationers for all animation-related activities and facilities.

• He is responsible for his Club's Facebook page

• He aims for excellence in customer experience

It was during a training course in tourist entertainment that I truly immersed myself in this world. I learned to capture moments, to play with editing, to create rhythm, and to infuse emotion into each shot. Then, over my seasons, I continued to refine my approach, creating travel videos for a major tourism chain. It was there that I understood something fundamental: the person behind the camera is not detached; they are the one who shapes the emotion, builds the story, and gives soul to each image.

Today, I continue to explore and refine my vision, always with the desire to tell stories that leave a lasting impression.
