Within the Néo Soft group, I had the opportunity to play a central role in the strategic management of the integration of two major acquisitions, aiming to strengthen the company's presence in the Parisian market.

Customized Strategic Planning: I worked closely with Néo Soft group management to define specific strategic objectives for each acquisition, focusing on supporting newly integrated leaders.

Integration Workstream Coordination: I was responsible for structuring the integration program by identifying key workstreams requiring special attention for each acquisition.

Communication and Alignment: I implemented an internal communication strategy to inform employees of the acquired companies about the acquisition's intentions and objectives. I also fostered alignment of intentions and sharing of success criteria.

Management of the "Corporate Culture Workstream": identifying cultural values, assessing cultural differences, and implementing initiatives to seamlessly integrate Néo Soft's corporate culture within the acquired companies.

Monitoring and Steering: I supported the progress of each integration workstream by monitoring progress, deadlines, and budgets, while remaining flexible to adjust objectives based on established priorities.
