Context: •Within the French purchasing team. •Reporting to the CAPEX team, in a vacant position currently being recruited. •Several tenders launched and showing significant delays due to incomplete or poorly developed technical specifications.

Scope: •Works: all trades projects, with or without project management; site facilities. •Equipment: renewal of automated handling equipment fleet, brewery equipment. •Technical assistance: development of framework contract panel. •Maintenance: brewery equipment. •Tools: MS Office, SAP, Zycus

Objectives: •Ensure sourcing, tenders, and management of supplier panels by technical sector; •Ensure contract management and end-of-project reviews; •Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Purchasing department's operations (work on processes, tools, and performance indicators).

Achievements: •Development of an Excel tool for cost and index/rate analysis (INSEE and LME base).•Proposals for improving the maintenance contract model and steering this category.•Management of disputes and project delays.•Development of the "purchasing without a buyer" training deck.•Significant sourcing work for national and local construction projects (Hauts de France, Côte d’Azur, Bouches du Rhône, Île de France, Alsace).

Results: •Framework contracts and distribution of a one-pager communication to project teams for the use of technical assistance; •Renewal of industrial maintenance contracts. •Renewal of external laboratory analysis contracts. •Negotiation of volume discounts. •Negotiation of works, equipment, and leasing contracts.

Context: •Within the Data Center Infrastructure and Indirect Purchasing team and reporting to an operational Business Unit. •Purchasing representative within the Industry BU: 10 to 20 sites worldwide (France, UK, Poland, Germany, USA, Canada, APAC) Annual Maintenance Turnover €13M. •Significant delays in contracting maintenance services, facility management, and services for data centers.

Scope: •Maintenance: Low & High Voltage Electricity, UPS, Electric Generators, CCTV, Guarding, HVAC, water softeners, Fire Safety Systems (detection & extinguishing, sprinklers), FM (cleaning, grounds maintenance, pest control), Security, handling equipment management, and other maintenance services (32 categories) •CAPEX: CCTV installation •MS Office, SAP, Determine.

Objectives: •Conduct tenders, negotiations, and contracting to achieve 100% of maintenance services under contract; •Apply purchasing policy and processes, reduce the rate of off-contract purchases at sites; •Performance reporting, supplier monitoring and innovation, continuous improvement; •Implementation of governance; •Educating internal clients on good purchasing practices.

Achievements: •Creation of a purchasing contract template dedicated to maintenance; assessment of existing maintenance; •Development of a contract tracking tool; •Creation of a newsletter; •Implementation of governance with key suppliers and development of communication with DC managers; •Negotiation of contracts with and without legal department involvement; •Implementation of SLAs based on categories.

Results: Contracting of around a hundred maintenance services. Organization and monitoring of single-category or multi-technical tenders. Contractual synergies between sites. Support and training for sites. Handling of disputes and contractual or operational blockages. Rationalization of the supplier panel.
