I have led cross-country performance analysis and decision support for complex organizations (40+ countries, multi-entity structures), working on budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing and strategic planning processes. My experience includes building and automating dashboards, improving reporting frameworks, and driving P&L analysis to support strategic decisions.

With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, I develop advanced Excel-based models and reporting tools to analyze sales margin, pricing scenarios, cost structures and key business drivers.
