I offer a methodological approach focused on the individual and their agency. The co-construction of training and support programs is my signature. I use a proven methodology that encourages individual involvement and facilitates action. It is each person's uniqueness and the adaptability of my support that lead to the implementation of a concrete and realistic adapted project.

I have 20 years of experience in business as a corporate lawyer and then as a sales manager in the digital sector. In my roles, I have been responsible for recruiting, managing teams, and delivering training. These various activities naturally led me to my second career change, training in psychology and career development support. I hold degrees in professional development support and psychology from Paris 8 University and CNAM. I support my clients in developing their skills by offering a comprehensive service that utilizes tools adapted to each individual: assessments, VAE, and training.
