With over 15 years of experience in financial management, primarily in the real estate, construction, and services sectors, I work to secure financial fundamentals, structure the Finance function, and inform strategic decisions.

My role goes beyond producing numbers: I provide financial clarity, implement relevant management tools (reporting, budgets, reforecasts, closings), and support executives in their strategic choices.

I work in various formats (part-time, ongoing support, transition assignment, or framing assignment), in SMEs, mid-cap companies, or groups, particularly in contexts of growth, reorganization, or governance changes.

I do not offer accounting services.
