Tech Lead for the MYOPTIMA/OPTIMA editorial applications, I led application security by identifying and correcting critical vulnerabilities using scanning tools such as Sysdig, Fortify, and SonarQube, in a sensitive production environment (DMZR). In parallel, I supervised the skill development of a junior team, while ensuring the quality of deliverables, system stability, and operational maintenance of the applications.

In 2023, as Tech Lead, I directed the migration of Optima and MyOptima applications to the IBM DMZR platform. This major project strengthened my technical and project management expertise. I effectively coordinated the various migration stages, ensuring deadlines were met, deliverables were of high quality, and optimal service continuity was maintained, despite the diverse stakeholders involved. In 2022, as Tech Lead, I directed the technical transformation of key projects, including the containerization of applications within the DMZR offering of the BNP Paribas group. I was responsible for technical direction, managing development teams, and coordinating with systems teams, while ensuring the upskilling of employees and the success of deliveries.

**Technical Leadership and Team Supervision**: I supervised the migration of legacy applications to Kubernetes, guiding teams on the new infrastructure and providing technical support. This led to a successful architecture modernization and the timely delivery of the first batch of the obsolescence project.
