 creation of Offshore scenes using SketchUp  design of overall and detailed plans, from project start to completion, using REVIT and AutoCAD,  creation of before/after visuals and site insertions  modeling of facades from point clouds of buildings  creation of Development Permits (DP), Construction Project Management (PCM) documents (from individual houses to co-ownership buildings), quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and real estate brochures

Retail and restaurant projects for renovation or construction from €1 to €10 million.

• Distribution of files within the team and management of collaborators' workload, technical and qualitative support for files managed by the team, commitment adherence.

• In direct contact with Project Managers, participation in the design of structures, establishment of project estimates, responsibility for the preparation of written documents for Tender Consultation Files (CCTP and DPGF), establishment of exhaustive offer analyses, and participation in negotiations.

All types of international projects (Airport, Hotel, Ministries, Hospital...)

• Responsible for lots: Kitchens (industrial and decorative), Elevators, Laundry, Furniture, Signage, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment), and Specific Equipment.

• Assembly of studies in Design - Execution of Turnkey projects within a multidisciplinary team.
