Context: As part of Data & AI governance, the objective of the mission is to take charge of the administration and ensure the end-to-end application of associated processes and committees. Taking charge of projects from their scoping to anticipate data & AI impacts.

- Planning and facilitating data & AI committees for project compliance (CNIL, GDPR)

- Coordinating stakeholders (business, legal, DPO, CISO, architecture)

- Writing committee minutes and monitoring actions

- Regular reporting to IT Directors and legal experts, and escalating alerts

- Acculturating business and IT teams to data management

- Supporting business departments in documenting data knowledge within their scope

Context: Within the La Poste group's center of expertise and innovation, the mission's objective is focused on managing and implementing Datalabs to accelerate the time to market for business use cases.

- Gathering and analyzing needs in collaboration with the Business hub

- Participating in preparatory workshops for the Lab Roadmap and SAFe instances

- Managing the Labs roadmap and estimating workload (study, development, production)

- Coordinating technical teams and facilitating weekly meetings

- Organizing demo sessions for business units to validate developments

- Writing minutes for Kick-off and results restitution meetings

- Defining and monitoring KPIs specific to each project

Context: Managing the digital performance of marketing campaigns and optimizing customer experience in the automotive sector (Mercedes Benz France).

- Supporting the client in the implementation and configuration of Data Management tools

- Interfacing with and managing the main digital campaign management tool

- Identifying monitoring KPIs

- Data processing and results analysis
