- Supported the post-merger operating model redesign and process optimisation for a leading GCC energy company, integrating commercial and support functions (300+ FTEs) to unify its value proposition and product offering. Redesigned core finance and procurement processes, coordinated cross-functional process dry runs, and ensured seamless Day-1 operations with no service disruption. Developed and managed the post-merger interface framework, mapping all key intercompany touchpoints, defining ownership and governance, and facilitating stakeholder forums to ensure full business continuity.

- Supported marine and logistics optimisation for a leading energy company, focusing on offshore fleet strategy and supply chain planning. Redesigned 3 end-to-end processes through baselining, benchmarking, and cross-functional workshops, developing digital and AI-enabled tools that reduced process execution time by over 50%. Identified and assessed 15 cost-saving initiatives through detailed commercial and operational analysis, securing management approval for implementation and delivering £50M+ in annual run-rate savings, with several quick wins realised within the first months.

- Led the strategy refresh for a GCC utilities regulator, defining strategic choices on where to play and how to win across the evolving utilities landscape. Assessed emerging technologies including BESS, EV adoption, Solar PV, and energy demand management through international benchmarking to identify best practices. Defined a future-proof strategy across key emerging technologies, ensuring no gaps in scope while adopting a proactive regulatory stance enabled by digital tools and stakeholder collaboration, while safeguarding nationwide grid reliability and resilience.

- Developed a strategic point of view on EV adoption in the Middle East, assessing its impact on regional utilities players. Con-

ducted market modelling and demand forecasting, regulatory benchmarking, and value chain analysis to quantify implications for generation, distribution, and retail segments, shaping client perspectives on emerging opportunities and risks.

- Supported Bain’s Capital Projects Acceleration practice, developing a point of view on accelerating utilities and renewables

project delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-spec outcomes. Created a tailored pre- and post-FID toolkit for clients in the UK, Nordics, and US; built commercial traction via external engagements while promoting internal awareness to drive firm-wide adoption.

Transferred from Brussels to Bain's Doha office in March 2023, working on 6+ Energy & Utilities projects over two years.
