Client phone and email communication to identify issues and provide solutions (analysis of client files and after-sales service processing). Management of complex cases (in-depth analysis and long-term solutions). Responsible for scheduling interventions nationwide (delegating to BIASON technicians or external partners depending on the region). Industrial design using AUTOCAD to create plans for clients and analyze various issues (tiling, 2D drawing, 3D modeling). On-site visits if necessary following internal analysis (office) to propose final solutions. Analysis of transport damage returns for client after-sales service management. Technical referent for the sales team (assisting colleagues and the design office). Quality control of after-sales service production for client satisfaction. Use of ERP systems PRODEVIS, SAP, CHACAL, and DIAPASON for quoting client estimates, data entry for the production department.

Management of productivity flow through continuous improvement of each workstation on the production line (Lean Manufacturing, calculation of machine TRS and bottleneck identification).

Production management. Monitoring compliance with procedures and applicable safety standards. Team training: manufacturing procedures, machine operation. Problem-solving in collaboration with the maintenance department: technical breakdowns and various malfunctions. Management of the production team (approximately 23 people).
