I managed key projects for the Public Services and Automotive-Life Sciences BUs, managing teams and supervising project managers. I participated in bid validation and oversaw projects through regular steering committees. My role was to ensure the successful execution of projects while respecting objectives, deadlines, and budgets.

In 2019, I initiated a sociocratic reorganization of the Center to increase productivity and empower teams. After an explanation phase of the 'why,' I led the intervention of an external consulting firm to train employees and structure the implementation of the circle model. Result: improved team autonomy and optimized chargeability rate.

To enhance the Center's internal visibility, I designed and deployed a structured client visit process, from reception to departure. In less than a year, we became the profit center generating the most client visits in Europe. I also established a dedicated marketing team, ensuring the sustainability of this service.
