I help SMEs, training organizations, and sales teams transition to AI in a practical way: ChatGPT/Claude training, business use cases, AI agent design, and initial operational systems.

My background is from the field: before founding Optia, I spent nearly 5 years in business development and sales management. I saw firsthand what hinders a team: lack of visibility, poorly used tools, repetitive tasks, scattered data, decisions made too late.

Today, I use AI to solve these problems simply and effectively.

I undertake three types of missions:

1. Practical AI Training

ChatGPT, Claude, and Generative AI workshops to help your teams save time on their real tasks: writing, summarizing, research, prospecting, customer support, reporting, meeting preparation, content creation, or training materials.

2. Business AI Agent Design

I help you identify the right use cases, define the agent's operation, write its instructions, structure its knowledge, test its responses, and make it usable in your daily work.

3. No-code / AI Prototyping

When relevant, I build initial simple systems using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Airtable, Make, n8n, HubSpot, or APIs. The goal is not to pile on tools, but to deliver something that works.
