- We carry out Comprehensive Technical Studies, from the APS to EXE phases, including:

• In-depth Production Studies (shading analysis, parameter optimization),

• Creation of Detailed Technical Plans on AutoCAD (layout, single-line diagrams (MV/LV), cable schedules, ...)

• LV AC/DC Calculation Notes (C15-100 and UTE C15-712-1),

• Integration into the design of dimensions provided by Specialized Engineering Firms (structural engineers, waterproofing specialists, geotechnical engineers, hydrologists, ...) and specific equipment to propose a cohesive and structured technical file,

• Editing of Summary Study Reports and Technical PRO/EXE Dataroom.

Originating the creation of a training program for design engineers at a major company in the sector, we offer specially designed training courses for the rapid skill development of recent graduates in photovoltaic engineering. Our goal is to facilitate their integration to quickly strengthen the capabilities of design departments, thus helping companies optimize their recruitment and effectively develop their photovoltaic division.

Scoping and Editing of Methods:

• Leading the team of technical referents, with the objectives of coordinating the production of guides and methods, ensuring the consistency of deliverables, and supporting them on complex issues or project management.

• Production of specific deliverables in areas of expertise such as soil studies, TCFM 175Hz filters, and development of guides for preliminary project design phases (APS) concerning in particular canopies and greenhouses. Capitalization and exploitation of feedback (REX), as well as co-construction of design rules with downstream departments. (Construction, Operation, Quality):

• Implementation of an information feedback system and exchanges with other departments

• Integration, if necessary, into the framework documents for photovoltaic power plant design

• Organization of discussions and requests for positioning from Construction/O&M departments, opinions, advice on design instructions developed in the design office Training and Communication:

• Implementation of the first "Urbasolar curriculum" for new employees in the Design Office, including the creation of visual aids and template documents for training.

• Development of video training modules followed by debriefings to answer questions from new employees.

• Identification of topics of interest for other departments (Purchasing, Development, O&M) and development of targeted training.

• Establishment of a system to publicize their existence and promote the use of existing guides through dedicated sessions and methods meetings.

Carrying out complete technical studies for photovoltaic installations, from the CRE tender to the construction of the power plant:

• Design: site diagnosis, identification of technical risks, sizing of electrical equipment, issuing calculation notes, preparing plans (AutoCAD) with the support of a CAD technician, estimating production costs, carrying out production studies (PVSyst), issuing study reports, creating PRO/EXE technical dataroom.

• Coordination of on-site deployment of external service providers: surveyors, structural engineering firms, geotechnical engineers, hydrologists, etc.

• Information exchange with the company's departments involved in project setup (project managers, sales engineers, legal advisors, financing team, etc.).

• Project management: planning, reporting, creation and updating of study schedules.

• Contribution to the successful completion of projects during the construction phase, supporting the Construction Project Manager.

• Work on various types of projects: Ground-mounted Power Plants, Parking Canopies, Photovoltaic Greenhouses, Rooftops.

• Project size from 500kWp to 53MWp.

• Execution of 400MWp of APS studies, on about thirty projects.

• Execution of 160MWp of PRO/EXE studies, on about fifteen projects currently under construction. Grid connection:

• Execution and management of studies and applications for MV/LV grid connection.

• Optimization of connection solutions.

• Technical and schedule exchanges with the DNO.

• Production of calculation notes necessary for connection optimization (MV, TCFM, …).
