However, the work will begin with the Health domain, as a back-office version upgrade is scheduled for early 2021.The IT department has already initiated mapping work. ABANCA brings its knowledge of the Iberian market, its client portfolio, its infrastructure, and its support services. Crédit Agricole Assurances contributes to the JV by providing its insurance expertise (products, underwriting, marketing, etc.).
