I am an operations and project coordination professional who has spent four years working across healthcare administration, customer operations, and remote consulting. I have led a full records migration for a medical practice, managed cross-functional workflows under tight constraints, and built automations that cut manual overhead out of daily work. I hold the Google Project Management Professional Certificate and use Make.com to design workflows that actually get used.

I work in English and Spanish at native level, which means I do not just translate; I can own communication across international teams without anything getting lost between languages or cultures.
