Since 2016, I have been involved in various missions, at strategic or operational levels, within large IT departments or smaller ones, in both public and private sectors. These different experiences have allowed me to develop a range of skills that enable me to address numerous IT and Business issues, both in the upstream phases of projects (design, benchmarking, prioritization of challenges) and in their management and execution.

- Methodological support to project managers within major state modernization programs

- Management of a large-scale, multi-regional project portfolio within the State

- Optimization of state decision-making and resource allocation processes

- Management of a Service Now ITSM integration project in a multinational context (6 countries, 6,000 end-users)

- Integration of Process Intelligence software (PPM, Software AG) to analyze case management processes in the insurance sector.

- Business process audit, data crunching, and issuance of optimization recommendations

- Implementation of a management framework for the contractual management of a subcontractor

For me, a consultant should not make themselves indispensable to their client: they should do everything possible to give the keys to success to the stakeholders of the organization at the end of their mission.
