During 2020, I held a team leader position for an ambitious project to redesign the website for consultation and sale of content for Agence France Presse. The agile team consisted of about a dozen members. The primary ambition was to integrate into the AFP's IT system and existing infrastructure, almost entirely hosted on AWS, as far as we were concerned. The front end was an AngularJs web application, while the back end was based on a microservice architecture with a REST API. A GraphQL aggregator, accessible via the single public backend endpoint, served the frontend. Everything was "hosted" and distributed by AWS with a continuous development strategy and consequently numerous underlying DEVOPS tasks.

Moodpeek is an application analysis solution. By collecting reviews and ratings from app stores, the application measures user satisfaction and identifies customer expectations to guide and prioritize new features and bug fixes for apps. The product team consisted of 7 members. I worked as a full-stack developer. The front end was developed in Vuejs. The back end was Nodejs. The showcase website is a WordPress/PHP site, which I also developed as part of this mission.

Bouygues Immobilier entrusted Kynapse with the development of an innovative commercial sales strategy. The envisioned solution evolved into a web application based on prospect usage and co-design. The development team was small, with 4 members; I was the sole developer/tech lead. My responsibilities included ensuring the platform's functionality, from technology selection to production deployment, including the management of production servers.
