• • Took charge of a project that had been stalled for months and launched it in 3 weeks, reducing development costs by 72%

• • Led continuous research and validation: interviewed users to identify a key gap at the beginning of the activation stage

• • Directed development team tasks and priorities by implementing an agile workflow in ClickUp (2-week sprints) that improved communication and shortened delivery cycles

• • Configured tracking in Amplitude + GTM, prioritizing 4 core events for Phase 1; verified QA/QC in each release to ensure visual and functional quality

I started from scratch. I built the design foundation for a tailor marketplace: from the foundations to the MLP launch.

• • Built the Design System foundations to ensure consistency and accelerate development: token system (140+ core, 60+ semantic) converted to CSS variables for Tailwind-friendly implementation

• • Designed UX/UI for web and mobile, iterating towards a Lite version with an MLP (Minimum Lovable Product) approach: we launched quickly with emotional value and technical viability, prioritizing learning over perfection

• • Defined brand, tone, and visual guide, aligning product, communication, and marketing from the start

• • Configured Google Tag Manager + Amplitude, defined North Star Metric and first acquisition KPIs

• • Created concepts for landing pages and A/B tests to validate value proposition and messaging

• • Redesigned user flows for a German B2B SaaS platform based on AI, improving navigation and reducing friction in complex coaching scenarios

• • Delivered end-to-end product projects while managing my international move to Spain
