• Technical and strategic management of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards focused on testing laboratory competence.

• Accountable for the strategic and operational development of internal controls, encompassing processes, personnel, regulatory compliance, and quality of execution.

• Responsible for optimizing and properly allocating financial resources, promoting efficiency and sustainability.

• Leadership and development of a multidisciplinary team distributed across 8 departments, including procurement/supplies, quality, administrative-financial, logistics, sampling, and five testing laboratories.

• Recruitment, onboarding, training, talent reassignment, and performance management focused on engagement and high performance.

• Provided technical advisory support to clients, students, and researchers, offering analytical assistance and effective solutions.

• Technical responsible person for chemical products with the Federal Police and Ministry of the Army, ensuring compliance with licenses required for acquisition and storage of materials.

Responsible for technical assessments and internal audits according to ISO/IEC 17025, identifying non-conformities, failures, and improvement opportunities, as well as developing customized action plans tailored to the laboratory context.

Development and implementation of quality management systems in environmental and industrial laboratories, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, supporting the preparation and review of system documents (SOPs, work instructions, manuals, forms, and risk matrices), as well as team capacity building through targeted training sessions.

• Reported directly to Management, responsible for integrating multidisciplinary teams in the Clean Technologies areas (research and development of materials for environmental, leather, textile, footwear, and polymer sectors).

• Accountable for the technical and strategic management of the Research Center, providing consultative support to researchers, professors, and students — addressing operational to strategic matters, offering personalized assistance for decision-making and project development.

• Leadership and development of a team focused on engagement and high performance (2 staff members / 12 multidisciplinary and multifunctional laboratories).

• Operational planning and financial control with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.
