Responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Institute. Multidisciplinary team of 8 people under my charge. Strategic alliances to promote national and international cooperation. Fundraising from public sources for the management of training and development projects to improve the employability of populations in situations of social exclusion. Coordination and general supervision of the training plan for 200 annual courses developed in more than 40 locations. Complete management of the area's annual budget; monitoring of execution and control of deviations. Participation in research projects for the identification of needs required by the labor market. Design and management of training plans for internal staff. HR management; job profile creation, comprehensive management of selection processes, onboarding, performance evaluations, management of internal incentive programs.

Management of the training schedule. Coordination of dates with instructors and negotiation of conditions and work guidelines. Pedagogical support tutoring for an annual offering of over 50 distance courses, resolving various incidents. Personalized career guidance for Institute students. Design and configuration of virtual classrooms in the Moodle environment, managing and optimizing SCORM content. Management of the Quality Management System under ISO 9001 standard, identifying improvement opportunities, planning and executing internal audits, and establishing follow-up of corrective actions. Generation of progress reports for each training action and customized reports according to the Director's request.
