Gabor Baumgarten

I am a freelance cameraman and photographer based in Cologne, specializing in creating emotional and captivating images. With over six years of experience in cinematography for commercials, feature films, and music videos, I bring a trained eye for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of light, movement, and composition.

In addition to cinematography, I also offer event photography, capturing dynamic moments at sports events, concerts, and other live performances.

MY JOURNEY

Growing up in Berlin, I developed my passion for visual storytelling during my studies of Motion Pictures at h_da Darmstadt. During this time, I gained practical experience as a camera assistant (AC) and lighting technician, further expanding my technical expertise on professional film sets. In 2024, I moved to Cologne to broaden my creative collaborations and realize new exciting projects.
