Conception and development of several cross-functional data management systems based on Excel/VBA for production lines.

◼ Setup of a role-based user management with automatic logging of all changes (user, timestamp, old/new value, computer information) to ensure data quality and traceability.

◼ Automation of reporting and key figure processes, including scrap, rework, downtime, throughput through dynamic evaluations and predefined dashboards, which reduced the time spent on typical evaluations from a total of about 5 hours to about 1.5 hours (approx. 70% time saving).
