Design of sheet metal and welded assemblies within the development of the Premos 5000. Creation of 3D models and manufacturing, individual part, and assembly drawings. Creation and maintenance of bills of materials and change management. Support of the product from the prototype phase to series production. Implementation of design changes in the development and series process. Support of series production in the area of forage wagons.

Impact: Contribution to the development and industrialization of the Premos 5000 from the initial prototype phases to successful series readiness. Responsibility for design, drawing creation, bill of materials management, and technical changes. Additionally, support for forage wagon design in series production as well as with constructive adjustments and optimizations.

Independent programming of 5-axis milling machines based on 2D drawings of inspection devices (especially pipeline pigs) for pipelines and other complex technical systems. Optimization of milling programs. Milling of complex components. Monitoring and optimization of work results and processes.

Impact: Independent CNC programming and manufacturing of complex components on 5-axis milling machines, including optimization of milling programs and ensuring high quality in the process.
