    This was a direct to consumer brand. In 2018 revenue was approximately € 300k. I did 90% of the work myself. It was very seasonal, May to August are busy, for the rest of the year it did not require much attention. End 2018 the warehouse with the complete inventory burnt down, I settled with the warehousing company for a decent amount of cash.

    Achievements;
    • I built my own e-commerce store on Woo-Commerce
    • Fighetti sold in 8 countries
    • Sourced a whole sustainable swimshort line by myself
    • I ran the campaigns myself, marketing budget €100k in 2018
    • Everything: creative, PR, etc. was all directed by me
