Since January 2022, I have held the position of Customer Relations Advisor in the banking sector. I manage daily call flows, email responses, and private interactions (DMs) on the institution's official social media channels (Messenger, Instagram, Twitter/X). This role requires absolute rigor, confidentiality, and a strong sense of customer relations. I now wish to apply this professionalism and responsiveness to creative digital marketing projects.

Certified training in Digital Marketing (obtained in 2025) based on an applied methodology. I completed concrete practical case studies including persona creation (client profiles), competitor analysis to stand out, and the selection of the most suitable social media platforms for free (organic) communication. I am proficient in designing visual communication materials tailored to a specific audience and writing simple, impactful messages to engage a community.
