Holmberg has been developing and producing electroacoustic components for aviation since 1957. The company is an EASA-approved production and maintenance organization (Part 21 / Part 145), EN 9100 certified, and supplies customers such as Airbus, Bombardier, and Embraer.

In this role, I am responsible for the entire manufacturing and repair landscape with a distinct vertical value chain – winding, cable assembly, device assembly, and manual apparatus assembly on the production side, as well as sub-assembly, final assembly, repair, toolmaking, and prototype construction on the integration side. Process safety, traceability, and documentation quality are not a given here – but a daily regulatory requirement.

Heineken Germany is the German marketing and sales company of the world's second-largest brewery group. As Planning Manager, I led the planning team within the end-to-end supply chain and was responsible for the design and implementation of the planning strategy at the OpCo level.

Focus areas: S&OP process management, alignment of demand, inventory, and capacity plans with the business plan and budget, optimization of supply chain efficiency, and ensuring supply capacities while incorporating global HEINEKEN standards. Additionally, I managed the TPM component and continuously developed team members.

Stadler Rail Group is an international system supplier for customized rail vehicles. As Head of Department, I had technical and disciplinary responsibility for 20 direct and indirect employees in operational material management and acted as deputy Head of Supply Chain Management, overseeing approximately 140 employees.

Key tasks: Ensuring maximum material availability at minimum cost, managing and optimizing supply chains, identifying critical paths, and responsibility for the planning and implementation of SAP S/4HANA in the organizational unit. Furthermore, restructuring and standardizing processes and systems for scalable operations with increasing order intake.
