In a previous project, I was active as a planner in a transport company responsible for medical transport between healthcare institutions. I was responsible for creating the most efficient transport schedule possible, with an emphasis on optimizing working hours and making the ideal combinations of assignments to be carried out. This involved working with a team of 35 drivers. I supported the operation by showing a very high degree of flexibility, always with the goal of ensuring the operation ran correctly and proactively supporting or adjusting where necessary.
