Creation of a new "Professional Services Critical Missions" organization. Construction of the service offering for a new On-Prem Sovereign Cloud solution (OPCP), the operational model, and strategic account planning.

Mission as Senior Bid Manager at Devoteam headquarters to respond to strategic tenders from large public and private sector clients (approximately ten handled):

• Construction and leadership of internal pre-sales multi-disciplinary teams and alliances with subcontractors,

• Management and orchestration of the development of broad and complex, technical, commercial, and legal offerings,

• Development of the response strategy, co-construction of the proposal, presentation to the Executive Committee, and defense of the bid,

• Main achievement: response to a tender for the renewal of the "Project Management Assistance Services" contract for the France Travail IT department; estimated value of €40 million over 4 years (awaiting client decision).

Developing trusted relationships with IT Directors of major commercial organizations (Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing). Developing cloud adoption plans and data and AI initiatives, value propositions for consulting & expertise services for transformations; contract negotiations, delivery supervision:

• Migration & Modernization: closing and managing (~10) Migration Acceleration Programs (MAP), Migration Readiness Assessments (MRA), and Experience-Based Accelerators (EBA),

• Big Data and AI Solutions: engagement and supervision of Big Data processing projects, generative AI initiatives for conversational agents for Contact Centers, and data management platforms,

• Organizational Consulting: acculturation, agreement, and co-delivery of consulting services around the design and implementation of Cloud Centers of Excellence, Operational Models, and Organizational Changes

• Exceptional Performance: top seller for professional services growth, signing the largest Big Data & AI contracts. Exceeded targets for new client engagements, public references, and CSAT.
