Examples of missions carried out during this period: • GazelEnergie – Program Director [2022-2025] o Master plan concerning the data governance issues of the "Sales" department. o Steering (using agile methodology) a portfolio of projects for the "Sales" department, dedicated to managing distributor flows (electricity and gas), managing metering data, and deploying a new customer portal. o Implementation of middleware within an Azure infrastructure, allowing better flow management and industrialization of data management. o Steering the implementation of external flows (with DSOs/TSOs) and internal flows (CRM integration, billing, portfolio management). o Production of the specifications for a new Portfolio Management solution. • Solvay Energy Services – Transitional CIO [2021-2023] o Steering numerous development projects related to Solvay Energy Services' needs across the entire value chain (deal capture, risk management, metering management, billing, steering of renewable energy portfolio, etc.). o Monitoring infrastructure projects (migration to AWS Cloud). o Production of the specifications for a new ETRM solution.

2017-2020: Creation and development of a division dedicated to alternative electricity and gas suppliers. Examples of clients: Eni Gas&Power; Uniper France; Greenyellow B2C. 2006-2017: Numerous missions carried out particularly for: • Trading rooms dedicated to energy and commodities (international trading companies, historical operators in electricity and gas markets, investment banks, industrials securing their supplies on wholesale markets, etc.). Examples of clients: EDF DOAAT; Poweo; Gaselys; SGCIB; Dalkia; Nidera / Cofco; Louis Dreyfus Company; Vattenfall France… • Players in the nuclear industry – particularly in the areas of production asset maintenance, or optimization of reactor shutdowns (main client: EDF DPNT). Missions carried out internationally for nearly 6 years during this period (Switzerland, Netherlands, Quebec, etc.). Examples of clients: RE Power; Scottish Power; Nidera; Hydro Quebec…

Development of relations with the German nuclear sector. Impact study on two changes in the German electricity market during this period: the EON-Ruhrgas merger, and the deployment of the "EEG" mechanism, dedicated to the development of renewable energies. Impact study (in partnership with the German BDI) on the links between the "energy mix" and Germany's industrial competitiveness – with reference to the planned dismantling of nuclear power plants and the expected development of the gas and renewable energy sectors. Contacts with the Bundestag, European institutions, German administrations (BMBF, BMWA, GRS), companies in the nuclear sector (EON, RWE, Wismut GMBH, Energie Werke Nord) and research laboratories in the energy field. Monitoring of a technology transfer project between Cogema and Urenco; commissioning of the experimental nuclear reactor "FRM2" in Garching and assessment of its impact on French companies supplying nuclear fuel.
