Since the beginning of my professional life, I have been creating, developing, and managing companies in various fields of activity: hospitality, mass retail, real estate, education...

To this end, I carry out:

By working in a mass retail group, I was able to acquire and implement the processes for creating, purchasing, selling, auditing, managing, and developing a business unit. I am familiar with the due diligence process as well as negotiations for acquiring external units, taking into account HR integration, the management of "absorbed" employees, and the management of their employment contracts in conjunction with HR.

The personal development I have undertaken for over 20 years allows me to take the necessary distance to appreciate the overall situation, which is what allows me to define the strategic axes to develop. But the practice of personal development also allows me to approach each mission with a fresh perspective, to break free from established patterns, and to propose solutions that have been worked on holistically, meaning by integrating all the components of your company.
