Responsible for Inetum's Agile Transformation Practice, working in various sectors (Banking, industry, mainly public). Manager of 50 coaches in France. Director of transformation missions around Enterprise Agility, agile management of IT investment portfolios. Architect of agile organizations. Advisor to CxOs for large-scale transformations.

Head of the Agile Center in charge of the transformation to scale ultimately encompassing IT and Business (more than 10,000 employees) involving more than 100 coaches over 8 years. With experts in Management 3.0, SAFe, Agility, Craftsmanship, Devops. Together we are building an Agile at Scale operating model and deploying it in all layers of the company. We support business and IT leaders, Product Owners and Product Managers, as well as Software Engineers .. in the transformation of SG CIB's IT. Inspired by the Spotify and Safe models, as close as possible to the values of Agility, this major change impacts the financial, control and human resources management processes.
