Management and Steering of the Management Control Process Automation Project:

I was involved in the implementation of the Blackline tool, conducting the following tasks:

- Analysis of the existing functional and organizational setup

- Collection and expression of needs, business co-writing sessions

development and testing of tools

-Writing of technical and functional specifications

-Monitoring of developments carried out by IT teams

-Delivery of tools and writing of user procedures and manuals

Coordination of training on new tools

Level 2 support to Management Control users via Jira and/or by phone

Management Control:

Responsible for closing: Ensure compliance with deadlines, templates, and correct analytical allocation of revenue and costs

Control, correction, and production of accruals, flows, and allocated expenses (IT, sales, marketing, etc.) and direct consolidated funds on the asset and liability sides during monthly and quarterly closing work

Production, control, and potential modification of monthly reports

Analysis of reporting (P&L) and writing of comments for the Management Control Department

Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

Production of process documents for monitoring CAPEX budgets in a future context of implementing a new ERP (Horizon) for AMs.

• Analysis of the existing situation and collection of needs from Asset Managers

• Conducting interviews and workshops to assist in projection

• Design of the new Horizon process (Roles, inputs, workflows, outputs…)

• Writing of the specifications for the Horizon MOE consultants

• Implementation of Excel tools related to the proposed and validated process

• Training and Level 1 support for users of the Horizon process

• Validation of the process for monitoring work-in-progress fixed assets

• Reconciliation by analytical segments of CAPEX amounts committed for work in progress declared by Property Managers with amounts accounted for

• Creation of an automated tool for analyzing budget variances

Project management mission in the context of PRIIPS and MIFID regulatory changes

• Analysis of the existing functional and organizational setup

• Application of regulations, accounting and management standards:

• Identification of fees to be reported to investors

• Writing of specifications: SCPI, OPCI: Rule for accounting for fees to be reported to investors/ IT: Scope and functionalities of developments to be carried out

• Participation in negotiations to control the costs of fees from accounting firms involved in terms of additional workload.

• Activity monitoring: Planning, milestone meetings, project cost monitoring

• Creation of templates, automated processing tools, and associated procedures

• Change management: User involvement during testing phase, individual and group training for users.
