Olympe.Legal is a startup founded in 2021. The company has received 2 funding rounds, allowing it to grow its business.

It created a web application: Olympe Scan, which verifies the compliance of websites with RGPD and WCAG regulations.

The members of the Ytreza.dev collective and I formed a squad to launch the development of this tool.

The team consisted of 4 senior developers and a client PO.

Together, we built this web application with a React front-end and a NestJS API.

Our mission's objective was to create a solid and testable foundation.

To achieve this, we applied Software Craftsmanship principles (Hexagonal Architecture, Pair/Mob Programming, TDD, Clean Code).

As a web developer, I was responsible for:

➤ Developing the React application interface

➤ Developing the Nest API

➤ Mentoring other developers: Pair / Mob programming

➤ Weekly monitoring of client priority evolution

➤ Upskilling the client's technical team

🧪 Result:

➤ a solid product ready for smooth evolution

➤ Complete test coverage

➤ The client's technical team took over the project after less than 2 days of handover

TakeTurns was a startup that published a SaaS of the same name, aiming to create collaborative spaces for iterating on document development.

The company raised 3 million euros in 2022, which allowed it to build a team of 10 people, spread across France, the United States, and Portugal, of which I was a part.

I joined the team for my front-end expertise, as a React and Node developer.

The team consisted of:

➤ 2 Front-end / Middleware Developers

➤ 1 Back-end Developer

➤ 1 Architect

➤ 1 SRE Manager

My roles were as follows:

➤ Developing the React interface

➤ Technical scoping of business needs

➤ Functional development of the application

➤ Ensuring interface consistency

➤ Mentoring other developers (pair programming, code reviews)

RTE is the French public company responsible for the management, maintenance, and development of the high and very high voltage electricity transmission network in metropolitan France.

As part of managing its wind farm, the need for an application to monitor and configure wind turbines in real-time arose.

In this context, I joined a team of 4 people consisting of a Tech Lead and 3 developers.

My roles were as follows:

➤ Developing the Angular interface

➤ Mentoring other developers (pair programming, code reviews)

➤ Upskilling the team on Angular

➤ Implementing and adhering to good development practices
